What is the Enneagram and how is it different from other personality typing tools?
The Enneagram is a personality typing tool that suggests that everyone sees, reacts and copes with world from nine different perspectives which are rooted in core motivations, unique to each type. We all have the ability to see the world from all nine perspectives, but we predominantly rest on one main number with our own unique variation (because we are all complex and unique humans).
While other personality typing tools can help you to identify your strengths and weaknesses, your passions and your general personality traits, the Enneagram helps you discover the motivations behind those traits. You will not only discover the “what” but also the “why.”
